About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic and highly focused sales team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing new business opportunities from within selected market sector OEMs, End Users, and Consultants associated with Process Industry Automation projects or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and grow business opportunities
  • Build rapport with people across various industries and levels
  • Develop and maintain a sound technical knowledge of the industry and related products
  • Utilize excellent time management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Requirements
  • Proven industrial sales background ideally within the Pneumatic, Valves, Hydraulics, or industrial industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of the industry and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
