CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced business development/sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Manager. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for promoting CEVA's range of competitive and tailored solutions to prospective customers, winning new business from lead generation through to close of contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads from internal and external sources, leveraging your own networks and others
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions to our customers
- Prepare and present proposals to customers, analyzing customer sales strategies
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with colleagues across field sales, operations, and international offices for quotations and business issues
- Ensure prospect and opportunity pipelines have sufficient revenue to drive an outcome that shows relevant financial growth
- Complete sales administration tasks in our CRM to manage calendar, customer accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Work with sales and operational staff in other product lines to promote cross-sell opportunities
- Good understanding of supply chain management, including warehousing and transport
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and customer management skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and capable of quickly adapting to new systems and technology
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Bonus: experience working with a CRM; tertiary qualification in supply chain, business/commerce, or similar
