**Executive Leadership Position:**

The organisation is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its operations, governance, and financial management.

This senior executive will represent the interests of Traditional Owners, fostering strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, partners, and community stakeholders.

Main responsibilities include driving organisational performance, strategic planning, and risk management for sustainability and growth; promoting cultural integrity and safeguarding the rights and interests of the Bunurong people.

**Key Qualifications:

  • Senior executive experience in community and/or government services, ideally with knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage matters.
  • Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage conflict between prominent community members.
  • Strong commercial and operational management skills, including funding oversight, budgeting, and financial reporting.
