About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to help us define and deliver our long-term vision, strategy, and growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a significant part of a strategic initiative, becoming the 'go-to' person on related topics for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply analytical frameworks to investigate business issues, identify solutions, and manage implementation.
  • Create situational awareness within the team and organisation - strategic metrics, key results, industry trends, competitor analysis.
  • Communicate strategies with simplicity and impact to all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
  • Lead project delivery and process management, effectively managing and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate in project teams to design, test, and iterate future solutions.

You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues from various backgrounds.

Requirements
  • 5-8 years' experience working in strategy-related roles, with 3-4 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • Highly developed conceptual reasoning capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing business-level strategy and breaking it down into objectives, targets, and initiatives.
  • Passion for growth strategy and excellent business acumen.
  • Track record of delivering results through cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and build support for fact-based recommendations with diverse stakeholders.
