About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Boutique Manager to lead and elevate the performance of a flagship store. With refined leadership, you will guide your team in delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving strong commercial outcomes.

Exceeding sales targets and KPIs will be rewarded with a highly competitive package and a generous bonus structure.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' retail management experience (ideally luxury/premium background)
  • Proven success in leading teams to exceed KPIs and deliver business growth
  • Strong clienteling, CRM, and eventing skills with a genuine passion for relationship building
  • Commercial acumen and a sales-driven mindset
