Event Service Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of events, food service, and other related activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a keen eye for detail.

  • We are seeking an Event Service Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of event services, including banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with chefs, stewards, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Total charges for group functions and prepare checks for payment in a timely manner.
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware to maintain high standards.
  • Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of relevant certifications or training.
