Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our institutional onboarding process.

The Role: You will be responsible for building and managing a new function, centralising the onboarding process across multiple teams into a structured and scalable framework.

You'll own onboarding across APAC counterparties, streamline workflows, recommend policy improvements, and play a key role in building out the team long term.

The Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end onboarding across institutional counterparties (funds, trading entities, vendors, corporates)
  • Liaise directly with trading, legal, compliance, and finance teams
  • Manage due diligence, sanctions screening, and static data set-up
  • Support workflow improvements and the rollout of Fenergo

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in KYC/AML onboarding (capital markets ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of AML/sanctions/beneficial ownership structures
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Fenergo experience a plus
