Job Overview

Sofitel Brisbane Central seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead its operations and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in luxury hotel management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of seasoned professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain Sofitel's reputation for luxury and service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, Heartists, and business partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with a focus on general management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury hotel industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
