Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned wellbeing professional to spearhead the development of vibrant wellbeing programs in our villages. This strategic role is ideal for those with community and customer experience skills looking to take their expertise to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with village teams to design and deliver engaging wellbeing initiatives
  • Lead dementia awareness and volunteer program initiatives, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns, providing empathetic and professional support
  • Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and wellbeing specialists, driving consistency and celebrating success across regions
About You

You will possess a deep understanding of village life and be able to create a safe, supportive environment for residents. Essential skills include confidence in juggling priorities, effective teamwork, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

A background in retirement living, health, or wellbeing would be beneficial, along with reliable transportation due to local travel requirements.
