Vital Vehicle Programme Analyst

As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of vehicle programmes in meeting all mission requirements for the Australian Defence Force.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis for spares forecasting and data gathering to support recommendations for optimal requirements and needs of the customer with demand.
  • Support customers with spares analysis and modelling.
  • Conduct investigations including cost/benefit analysis in collaboration with customers, working towards Lead Time Away's (LTA's).
  • Work with sourcing specialists to capture future demand and suppliers in systems and bid-lists.
  • Perform analytics to capture Request For Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) placement efficiencies.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Able to research and obtain rationale for procurement demand from various sources.
  • Strong and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to prepare and present analysis/presentations to leadership and stakeholders, rationalising direction of procurement demand.
