Community Wellbeing Collective - Key Role

This position is a vital part of the Community Wellbeing Collective, focusing on safeguarding and collective care. It involves developing and updating protocols and policies, supporting collective members in their growth, and guiding decision-making processes.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on safeguarding and collective care initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining relevant policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the professional development of collective members.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
