Real Estate Solicitor Opportunity

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be working on a range of real estate matters including residential and commercial property development and subdivision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on strata title matters, including drafting by-laws;
  • Assist with residential and commercial property acquisitions and sales;
  • Contribute to commercial leasing matters.

You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative team, with direct partner access and mentoring. Our career development program provides opportunities for growth and professional development, as well as access to pro bono programs and community initiatives.

Key Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' PQE experience in Western Australian real estate law, with a focus on strata and developments;
  • Excellent organisational skills and commitment to delivering outstanding client service;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
