We are now looking for a Senior Strata Manager to join our growing team in Burswood, who can take the lead on a complex, well-structured portfolio of 1,000+ lots.

About the role

You will take ownership of a diverse, high-value portfolio, including residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes with a range of technical and legislative complexities. You will be supported by a collaborative internal team, streamlined systems, and Directors who understand the demands of strata management first-hand.

This is a role suited to a seasoned strata professional who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys solving problems, managing relationships, and keeping complex schemes running efficiently.

What you will bring

  • Experience in WA strata management (essential), preferably a minimum of 3yrs experience.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios of 1,000+ lots
  • Strong working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and related WA legislation
  • Excellent communication, time management and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of practical judgement and common sense
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Confidence in running AGMs, liaising with contractors and guiding committees
