This role is part of a team responsible for managing and mitigating organisational risks.
About the Role:- Provide expert advisory services in relation to regulatory compliance, governance, risk management and internal controls.
- Support the development and enhancement of comprehensive compliance frameworks, policies and procedures that enable the organisation to effectively manage compliance risks.
- Undertake reviews of compliance plans, obligations management, conflicts assessments and preparations of conflicts management plans as required by regulatory bodies.
- Manage and maintain appropriate financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations of entities.
- Conduct training and provide guidance on compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
- You will have excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- You will be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- You will be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
