Legal Professional Sought to Advise on Commercial Matters
This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who's eager to gain broad commercial exposure and advise on specialist issues such as privacy and emerging technology.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team.
- Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organisation.
We're looking for a collaborative and adaptable legal professional who's keen to learn and ready to take on a wide range of matters. You'll need post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and an adaptable, proactive mindset.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters in both retail, gaming, integrity and corporate support settings, with the chance to report to the General Counsel & Privacy Officer and learn from experienced senior lawyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters.
