Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to join our team as a Compliance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About This Role

This full-time hybrid role offers a unique blend of office and remote work flexibility. Based in the Greater Melbourne Area, you will be responsible for:

Key Qualifications
  1. Experience: 3+ years in regulatory compliance and risk management
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Knowledge: Local and international remittance regulations
