Rehabilitation Career Specialist

Make a positive impact in people's lives by providing exceptional support as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. Assist clients in regaining their independence and achieving their life and work goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor programs to help clients return to the workforce
- Conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments
- Provide vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
- Willingness to travel; a current vehicle and driver's license is required
- A strong sense of punctuality and effective time management
