Our team of rehabilitation specialists is seeking a talented professional to support individuals in regaining their independence and achieving their goals in life and work.

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services that help build better lives through work and health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement programs to assist clients return to the workforce
  • Undertake vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, worksite assessments
  • Provide vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients transition into employment
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
  • Ability to travel with a current vehicle and driver's licence
  • Effective time management and punctuality skills
