Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

Established Corporate Lawyers with expertise in public M&A, large private M&A, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and related corporate/commercial law matters are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Equity Capital Markets including IPOs and rights issues
  • Directors' Duties
  • Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements
  • Due Diligence Enquiries
  • Corporate Governance
  • ASIC enquiries and investigations
  • Related Party Transactions

We seek experienced Corporate Lawyers from national and international law firms. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to build your Corporate/M&A/ECM practice with high autonomy and full support.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in public M&A, large private M&A, ECM and related corporate/commercial law matters
  • Strong advisory skills and experience working with clients across various industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Transportable client base
  • Experience working with directors' duties, shareholder and joint venture agreements, due diligence enquiries, corporate governance and ASIC enquiries and investigations
