Events Coordinator Role

We are seeking an exceptional Events Coordinator to play a pivotal role in planning and executing successful events. This part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilateral collaboration with key stakeholders, including event sponsors, speakers, and attendees is essential for our team's success.
  • A busy calendar of events demands timely and efficient execution to meet the expectations of our audience.
  • Sponsorship packages, event marketing, and finance management require meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • The effective utilization of digital tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is crucial for promoting events and engaging with attendees.
  • Closely working with the Events Committee and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for agenda preparation, event listing, venue bookings, catering, name badges, guest lists, photo galleries, and post-event surveys.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in events coordination and/or marketing is required, along with a strong ability to multitask, think creatively, and communicate effectively.
