About the Key Role

This role will involve playing a key part in helping customers manage their finances effectively. You'll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, engage in in-depth needs-based conversations, and provide products as per your accreditation level.

This position is based mainly in branches and requires delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for our business.

You'll be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Our goal is to create real customer value, actively participate in and support initiatives, and take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
