Operational Risk Specialist
This is a permanent role based in Brisbane and reports to the National Operational Risk Manager.
The key responsibility of this role is to contribute to the development and implementation of the Work, Health and Safety Framework across various categories including:
- Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
- Environment
- Business Continuity
- Security and Loss Prevention
- Public Liability and Asset Protection
- General Insurance, including Workers Compensation (claims and return to work)
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to participate in:
- Developing and implementing OH&S, environment, business continuity, and enterprise risk management systems
- Providing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and team management
- Risk management and mitigation strategies
