This role is a senior-level position within our organization, responsible for providing risk and issue advice to program directors and project managers. The successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience working within the Government or Health sectors.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide risk/issue advice, review, and challenge Program Directors and Project Managers to ensure risks and issues are being managed in alignment with operational frameworks.
- Implement consistent project risk and governance processes across programs and projects, ensuring accurate reporting to governance bodies.
- Collaborate with operational areas to undertake risk profiling and identification for programs and projects.
- Review project and operational risk registers to validate risk descriptions, ratings, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead efforts to increase the maturity of risk management practices across the project portfolio.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and a similar role providing services to a complex delivery portfolio.
- Knowledge of program and project management governance structures and roles.
- Sound risk management processes and practices.
