We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Manly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining profitability and exceeding sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong understanding of profit measures, sales goals, and industry training.
  • Eagerness to grow personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables.
  • Availability for weekends and late nights, with a passion for attracting and nurturing talented individuals for future leadership roles.
  • Ability to create an outstanding looking venue, ensuring a happy team, and delivering a fantastic dining experience for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Certification in restaurant or food service management would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
