Project Coordination Lead

As a Project Coordination Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of all project aspects. This role involves performing various tasks, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BMS/HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required equipment and materials.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the BMS/HVAC industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
