The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee one of our key client sites and lead multiple project teams. You will play a crucial role in driving projects forward, ensuring delivery, compliance, and guiding the performance of our project support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project administration across WA, NT, and offshore projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one of our key client sites.
  • Attend site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Project Administrators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
  • Drive compliance with quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) standards and internal procedures.
  • Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoicing processes.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role, ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience leading or mentoring project support staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferably with Navision experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and willingness to travel to site during shutdowns.
