Installation Manager – Specialist Coatings and Tiling

Installation Manager – Specialist Coatings and Tiling (QLD). Based in Capalaba, Queensland, you'll manage a small team delivering installation projects using Metz-manufactured specialist materials, including waterproofing systems and ceramic tiling/brick systems.
Responsibilities- Quoting and project delivery
- Safety and compliance
- Quality assurance
- Labour and subcontractor management
- Lead installation projects in Queensland and coordinate with the team
- Interstate travel may be required occasionally
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project management, ideally with coatings or tiling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of WHS systems and contract management
- Experience working with a range of clients—from large builders to government bodies
- Australian work rights are required for this position
