Construction Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating sub-contractors on site, ensuring a safe working environment, and delivering high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of sub-contractors and site coordination
- Ensuring a secure site at all times
- Quality control and defect prevention
- Collaboration with the Project Manager to meet project objectives
- Certification as a Site Supervisor (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Trade background (carpentry experience preferred)
- Experience in delivering multi-residential and/or townhouse projects
We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
