Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Training face-to-face pharmacy staff on market-leading brands
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Conducting face-to-face store visits with retailers to understand their needs, present product offerings, negotiate sales agreements, and execute outcomes in-store
  • Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Identifying and prospecting new customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into sales opportunities

Travel Requirements:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for visiting customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. This role requires extensive travel within Victoria's suburbs and surrounding areas, including regional trips to Seymour and Albury.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A completed university degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in territory sales or field sales, ideally in FMCG
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as they manage business relationships
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI skills
  • This position requires a valid full driver's license
