Training Program Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Training Delivery Manager to lead our team of trainers and coaches, providing exceptional training and assessment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs that meet industry needs and standards.
- Maintain high-quality training delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support trainers to achieve excellent performance and maintain currency of qualifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed new processes and quality improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to trainers on student queries and feedback.
- Proven experience in vocational education and training, preferably in leadership or management roles.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant industry qualifications and current currency.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and delivery compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
This is a remote role working from anywhere in Australia. You will be part of a collaborative and student-focused national team.
