Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing knowledgeable service and seamless operational execution.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage Country Road Group values to collaborate with the store team and deliver results.
