About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional to excel in their career by taking on the responsibilities of Customer Service Consultant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing assigned customers and promoting new products/services to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage assigned customers;
  • Ensure a superior level of customer service to facilitate client access to services according to their needs;
  • Promptly answer phone calls to all clients and manage appointments and appointment related inquiries in line with procedures;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service & client liaison to stakeholders;
  • Actively promote new products/services to assigned existing clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inbound/outbound phone based customer service role preferably in medical or insurance industry;
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task effectively;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A problem solving and proactive attitude;
  • Strong Office skills proficiency in Word and Excel strong numeracy skills accurate data entry typing skills and strong database management skills;
  • A proven ability to work within a team;
  • Knowledge of medical terminology workers compensation personal injury processes/legislation medicolegal and/or life insurance industry experience desirable but not essential.
