Customer Service Coordinator

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and become a key player in ensuring our customers feel supported, heard, and valued at every touchpoint.

  • Provide excellent customer service across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards.
  • Manage and resolve a wide range of customer enquiries, tracking open cases and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate product information across the website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate stock, fulfilment, returns, and fraud prevention.
  • Monitor customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
  • Assess and process online returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
