Service Leadership Role

This position involves driving service excellence and customer satisfaction across solar panel systems, lithium battery technologies, and energy products. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering or renewable energy, with experience in team leadership and customer support.

About the Role
  • Define and execute service strategies to align with business growth goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on system design, installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead the technical support and service team.
    • Champion safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Team & Operations Management:
    • Manage support platforms with clarity and empathy.
  • Warranty & Service Delivery:
    • Oversee warranty investigations and product replacements.
    • Monitor repair workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in technical services, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
  • Certifications like CEC Accreditation or PMP are an advantage.
