Electrical Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Workshop Manager to lead our team of technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.

  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture within the workshop, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including generators and welding machines.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
