Senior Electrical Client Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Electrical Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, oversee minor projects, and ensure the delivery of electrical and communication services.
This role requires strong analytical skills, an ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance account growth and profitability.
- Manage and coordinate project and service teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Lead client meetings, prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Estimate and tender on project and service work, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
- Minimum 5 years post-trade electrical experience.
- Certificate IV in Project Management or Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
- Cablers License (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and work under pressure.
