Job Title: Melbourne Cup Carnival

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional and flexible individuals to join our team behind the iconic Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington Place.

Overview

The successful candidates will have clear and effective communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
  • Candidates must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the Club and the Carnival.
About the Roles

We're recruiting for multiple roles across various departments in the lead-up to and delivery of the 2025 Melbourne Cup Carnival. These roles suit individuals who bring energy, professionalism and team spirit.

  • Full time (fixed term) & casual
  • Start ASAP
  • Onsite at Flemington VIC 3031 (hybrid working model subject to role requirements)
  • Availability to work all 4 days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival – Derby, Melbourne Cup, Oaks & Stakes Day
  • Passion for horse racing, events and/or entertainment
  • Flexibility and reliability – you'll be part of a 24/7 operation during the Carnival
