Senior Regional HR Leader

This role requires a seasoned HR professional to lead the regional people strategy, partnering with senior operational leaders to drive high performance and engagement across VIC, SA, and WA sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored people strategies to support business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor site leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive performance management.
  • Partner with site leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
  • Lead industrial relations management, including EA negotiations and complex employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with the HS&E team to ensure safety improvements and drive a positive safety culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and induction processes to attract high-quality talent.
  • Foster a positive work culture and improve employee engagement across the sites.
About You:

The ideal candidate is a senior HR leader with experience leading a small team within the FMCG industry or similar. Experience working in an industrialised environment is essential, as you will engage with union and employee representatives and apply IR knowledge to people-related matters.

A commercial mindset is crucial to align with business objectives and enable the business through people initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

This position supports the southern region, requiring frequent travel to SA and WA. Free parking is available at the Dandenong site, and hybrid working arrangements offer flexibility.
