Senior Sales Strategist - Pacific Region

The role of Senior Sales Strategist - Pacific Region involves leading the sales organization in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute business target agreements (BTAs) to achieve strategic sales targets.

  • Lead the development and execution of BTAs for the assigned sales organization.
  • Maintain accurate sub-regional bookings forecasts through Salesforce.com (SFDC) and assessment of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure country and sub-region growth targets are met by driving sales strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee the use of established sales policies, guidelines, and procedures among the selling team.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and governance requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of digital tools and ensure high efficiency by utilizing new technologies and processes.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, GSO, and VP Region Head, to drive product and service positioning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales or sales support, service business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages applicable for the assigned region are an advantage.
