Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Senior Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager, General Medicine and Palliative Care Services at Calvary Mater Newcastle.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing diaries and correspondence, handling sensitive matters with discretion, preparing reports, and providing secretariat support for meetings.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a supportive team, making a real impact.

  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with the team
