Revenue Growth Specialist

Drive business expansion, secure new opportunities and establish our resorts as premier destinations for golf and sporting groups.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate revenue growth through proactive sales, lead generation and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key accounts across golf, sports clubs, schools and leisure travel.
  • Collaborate with resort teams to optimise group bookings and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Represent the resorts at tournaments, trade shows and networking events.
  • Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the golf industry, with strong market knowledge.
  • A proven track record of revenue growth, client acquisition and business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with proactive solution delivery.
  • A team player who aligns with broader business goals.
