The Client Services Specialist role is a vital part of our team, responsible for processing superannuation administration activities and providing expert support. This includes managing insurance-related activities, quality checking, record keeping, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process superannuation administration work items end-to-end, including customer liaison.

  • Contribute to basic project work to support the leadership team.

  • Liaise with advisors, solicitors, promoters, trustees, members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

  • Catalogue and organise records for reference, auditing, and reporting purposes.

  • Document process steps for all activity types, including checklists and processing milestones.

  • Perform quality and peer checks at a senior level.

  • Report monthly on work volumes, SLA adherence, and systemic issues.

  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate manager.

  • Provide backup support as required.

  • Carry out other duties as directed by the Client Services Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
