Job Title: Inventory Supply Chain Specialist

Support the efficient flow of goods in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role involves collaborating closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products nationwide.

About the Role:

As an Inventory Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory planning activities, monitoring supplier performance, reviewing stock levels, and communicating with suppliers and freight forwarders. You will also be involved in analyzing inventory data on a regular basis and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor outstanding supplier issues and provide feedback and recommendations
  • Review stock levels and make alternative supply arrangements as needed
  • Initiate stock transfers to satellite warehouses to optimize inventory distribution
  • Analyze inventory data on a regular basis and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve any logistical issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
