**The Opportunity**:
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving systems and equipment on site, your main objective is to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the total inventory across the site and proactively looking for ways to improve site KPIs.
In addition to managing systems and equipment, you will also need to proactively look for opportunities to improve layout or pick efficiencies. Ultimately, your role is to ensure that all system-based activities are carried out efficiently and effectively and that customer expectations are met through service agreements.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Manage and maintain data Integrity for relevant systems
- Act as a key contact point for identified system issues troubleshooting problems, and acting to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Manage system outages to minimise impacts to the business (SAP, WMS, Voice Console etc)
- Manage and report on slot utilisation for Chiller & Freezer warehouses

- A passion for solving complex problems in a fast paced environment
- A demonstrated passion for learning Systems troubleshooting techniques.
- A mindset of continuous learning
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and WMS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, time management and administrative skills
- Change and/or project management experience, desirable
- Previous experience in Inventory & Systems and/or retail/FMCG, desirable
