We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join a high performing team within a solid phase of growth. You will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing project materials planning, purchasing, material expediting, and acting as a trusted advisor to Project Managers. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of the organization.
- Support projects by cataloguing materials and ensuring timely availability
- Develop documentation and training materials on the inventory system
- Drive material disposal strategies and coordinate transfers with Finance teams
- Coordinate material deliveries, expedite orders, and maintain accurate master data
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure process compliance
- Perform reporting and analysis of slow and obsolete holdings
- Improve inventory outcomes through collaboration with Project Engineers
- Engage stakeholders and communicate inventory processes effectively
- Collaborate with Contracts & Procurement and Logistics Service Providers
- Coordinate inventory movements and repositioning
- Manage risks, issues, and changes in projects
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders
- Design standardized processes and resolve performance issues
- Flag potential material shortfalls or risks
- Catalogue materials on SAP and support master data activities
- Perform cross-functional activities to support supply chain and logistics
- Collaborate on developing and implementing inventory processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage the implementation and integration of inventory procedures
