Job Summary

  • Contribute and lead expansion projects to support business growth and selection in the Australia Partnered Carrier Program.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end technical/business solutions for PCP lanes.
  • Own program performance and be responsible for seller success.
  • Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects, evaluate stakeholder expectations, and develop strong communication processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, retail, or consulting with a history of owning/driving results.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience problem-solving, including recognizing non-obvious patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills - produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Sound business judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to influence others are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead expansion projects and contribute to process improvements.
