THE OPPORTUNITY

Mulpha Hospitality are currently recruiting for the Housekeeping Team at The Lane Retreat at the Iconic Bimbadgen Estate. We are seeking a supervisor with a keen eye for detail and great work ethic ready for our opening to the public in October this year.

The Lane Retreat offers a cutting-edge Boutique Hotel offering with 60 brand new bungalows. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our journey from the very beginning and set new standards of excellence in hospitality.

This role will cover the bust weekend periods with rostered days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary guide $70,000 plus super.

**Housekeeper responsibilities include**:
Providing direct supervision of the Housekeeping Team under the direction of our Rooms Division Manager.
Performing a variety of cleaning activities across multiple venues, e.g. Bimbadgen winery, Palmers Lane Wedding Venue, The Lane Retreat, Emma's Cottage Cellar Door and accommodation.
Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
Responding to any maintenance issues raised by the team or guests.

Proven experience in a Supervisory role in a comparable venue
A passion for Hospitality and high standards of personal and professional presentation
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Can work well with a team
Working quickly without compromising quality
Ability to work flexible across the business opening hours and peak periods
Own transport
