About the Role:

A Site Operations Manager will be based on-site near the Queensland-NSW border, overseeing the execution of solar PV and energy storage construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining high safety standards. Working closely with client representatives and senior management, your leadership will drive project success and ensure that deadlines, quality, and safety are always top priorities.

  • Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to optimize daily operations and improve productivity.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe working conditions and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of site operations, including health and safety metrics.
