Construction Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage multiple residential construction sites from start to handover. This is a rewarding role for those who enjoy leading teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

About the Role:

This key leadership position involves overseeing all on-site activities, managing multiple job sites simultaneously, and driving timely project delivery. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining build schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and providing regular updates to clients.

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities

  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
