Job Title: Project Site Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Site Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale industrial project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading on-site construction activities, developing and implementing site construction programs, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

A strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations is essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring site teams, including subcontractors, and liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Proactive issue resolution and maintaining accurate project documentation are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Proficient in the use of construction software (e.g., scheduling, project management)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
